How do I place an order?

Shopping on Jumia is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
  • Click on 'buy now', to add this product to your cart,
  • Click on 'cart' in the top right corner,
  • Register/Login into your account by entering your email and password,
  • Enter your shipping/billing information,
  • Choose your preferred payment option,
  • Click on 'Confirm order' to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order.
Once your order is placed, Jumia will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email or call you for confirmation in case Jumia needs more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before Jumia will ship your order. 

In case you have a doubt about whether the confirmation was done or not, do not hesitate to contact Jumia customer service in your Jumia country, in Ghana call Customer Service Call Centre at 0302740630 or customer-service@jumia.com.gh a few hours after your order placement.



How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Jumia will send you an email once your order has been confirmed. They will also send you an email as soon as your order leaves their warehouse (that is to say your order has been shipped).


My payment was processed successfully but I didn't get any order confirmation. What should I do?

Please get in touch with Jumia Customer Service Team in your country, in Ghana call them through the number 0302740630 or via customer-service@jumia.com.gh so we can help you to resolve the issue. How can I track my order?

Jumia will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left the Jumia warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by entering your tracking number on https://packagetracker-services.jumia.com/#/gh

That is if you are in Ghana but if you are in any other Jumia African country say Nigeria, just change the gh (the last two letters in the link above) to ng, that is Jumia Nigeria and so on. Or better still, go the above link and select your country in which you are after landing on the Jumia tracking page!

How quickly can I get my order?

Jumia always does its best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page. Again, Jumia also offers a premium delivery service for selected brands called Jumia Express. Jumia Express products ordered before 2pm are delivered within 2 business days in Accra for instance. It is very important to know the delivery timeline to avoid inconveniences and frustrations.


How do I cancel my order?

If you have not already received the email information that your order was shipped, you can simply cancel your order by getting in touch with our Customer Service Call Centre.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Jumia is always sorry that your order is delayed. You can follow its progress by entering your tracking number on https://tracking.Jumia.com.gh/package/tracking. If the status has not changed in a while, please get in touch with the Jumia Customer Support Team in your country.


Why am I having trouble placing products in the cart?

If you are having trouble placing products in your cart, please make sure that you have made all relevant sizes and color selections. If you still have problems, this may mean that the item you are trying to buy is sold out. Please get in touch with the Jumia Customer Support Team in your country. What should I do if my order is verified but not delivered for a long time?

You can stay up to date with the status of your order at all times on https://tracking.Jumia.com.gh/package/tracking. If you did not receive information about the shipment of your order while the promised delivery lead-time has passed, or if you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact Jumia Customer Service Call Centre in your country.


I haven't received the invoice for my order. What do I do?

A hard copy of the invoice will always be sent along with your order. If you have not received an invoice, please get in touch with Jumia Customer Service Call Centre at 0302740630 or customer-service@jumia.com.gh and we will send you a copy of your invoice.


What does "Pre-Order" mean?

These products are not yet available for purchase and will be available soon, but you can already pre-order them on Jumia. Any order will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and will reach you within the delivery time mentioned by the seller.
