Jumia Kenya Shipping Fees

Sometimes it can be very frustrating and disappointing when shopping online with Jumia. This situation is most cases arises when you do not know the shipping fees attached to the products you are ordering.

When you get to the checkout stage of your order, there you will realize the amount of shipping fees attached to the products. It is, therefore, important to know the shipping fees for your items at the various zones.

The following influences the shipping fees of products you order from Jumia:

1. The size of the products
2. Your location
3. The delivery method
4. The type of product tag you order, whether it Jumia Local, Jumia Express or Jumia Global

Orders shipped from Overseas may incur an extra administration fee of Ksh.100

Jumia Kenya package sizes are classified as follows:

• Special Small: includes items such as earphones, toothpaste and memory cards.
• Small: includes items such as phones
• Medium: includes items such as blenders and iron boxes
• Large: includes items such as fridges, washing machines, and TVs

Ordering Products and Items form Jumia Kenya

Ordering MORE ITEMS together will allow you to SAVE on shipping fees - You pay reduced fees for the 2nd item onwards!

Small and Medium items: for orders with 2 or more items, the shipping fee applied will be the multiple item fees corresponding to the biggest item in the order.

Large items: shipping fees will always be charged separately since these items require specific transport arrangements.

For orders with 3 or more items, the shipping fee for each item may be incremented by 5-10 KSH to facilitate payment (e.g. 170 KSH instead of 163.33 KSH).

You can choose not to accept an item on the spot (for example in the unlikely case that it was the wrong item). It is not possible to open products bearing a manufacturer’s seal and to return them on the spot. If there is a problem, please follow Jumia's return policy and they will support you.
