How to install the Jforce App

Now that you have registered as a JForce agent by the step by step tutorials on how to become a Jumia sales consultant, you can proceed to place orders for yourself, family, friends, and others. You will earn commissions on sales that you made per category and per item.

You should understand that you can place orders through the Jumia App. or by logging in into your Jumia account online. You will earn commissions if your account is synchronized. But if your account is not synchronized with your Jumia customer account, you may sign in into your JForce account online and place orders.

So why should one install the JForce App if there are other alternatives to place orders? The JForce App, when installed, will save the time in logging in into your account online! Another benefit is that you may see your performance in the App.

Also, there are some vital pieces of information in there okay which you must know okay! Therefore, in this tutorial, we shall take you through how to install the JForce App.

Before we get started, it is advisable to download the Jumia App first. As for the Jumia App, it is available in Playstore, unlike the JForce App for now. So, go to Google's play store and download the Jumia App and get started. If you have it installed already, no worries, you are good to go.

You recalled that you signed up with an email address, yes, we shall continue from there! A link will be sent to you by the JForce team. It is a confirmatory email indicating that you have successfully registered as a JForce agent.

Go to your emails and find the email that the JForce team has sent you. As you can see below, I am in my emails and I can find the email sent to me through the email address I signed up with. If you do not see this email try the search bar at the top of your email App.

You should surely find it if you have followed the step by step tutorials on how to register as Jumia sales consultant. Remember, that I am using Jumia Ghana as a demonstration. It does not matter the country you are from in Africa, if there is Jumia in that country, it should work!

So I have registered as a JForce agent in Ghana that is why you are seeing JForce Ghana above. If you have registered as an agent in Nigeria it should be "JForce Nigeria" and so on clear?

There are two study materials attached to the congratulatory and confirmatory mail from the JForce team of the country you are in. Download these study materials and go through them.

One of the attachments is an introduction to the program, that is what the program is about. The other attachment is a tutorial on how to place orders as a JForce agent.

You will realize that there are links in the message of the mail after you open or expand it. The message is asking you to log in to your JForce account with your Jumia account and start placing orders.

This is only true if only you registered with your Jumia customer account with the same information. If you did not sign up with your Jumia account, just log in with your JForce address and password. It is as simple as that!

So click on the link that tells you to log in to your account. At times, after clicking the link, the page you landed on automatically asks you to create a shortcut on your home screen through a pop-up message.

Press yes to allow the shortcut to be created. The JForce shortcut would be created on your Laptop or desktop computer if your phone is linked to it. But you must allow it. If this works for you, you are done!

If the above did not work for you, then you must continue. After you click on the link above, it will take you to the Welcome to Jforce page, click on the "START NOW!"

After you click on "START NOW!" it will take you to a page where you will enter your email address and password. From there you land straight into your JForce App. An attempt to move away from the page will trigger a pop-up message asking you to create a shortcut to your home screen.

There may be other links to a social network as you can see from the screenshot in the email. It may be WhatsApp, Telegram and the like, you can click and join the JForce family there. In most cases, pieces of information are given and issues are addressed here.
