What is the Jumia Sales consultancy programme?

So you want to earn side money aside from your monthly salary right, you are not alone everyone wants to do so. The runaway inflation we have in this part of our world is putting a lot of pressure on all of us to do something extra. Human needs and wants are insatiable but the means are limited, this is the challenge.

You heard about the Jumia sales consultancy program and would like to know more about it and if possible sign up as an agent right. Yes, it is true! Jumia has a program called the JForce or Jumia sales consultancy program.

If you become an agent you will earn commission on orders placed for yourself, friends, family, and others. In fact, people are making it big with this sales consultancy program. You can also register and become a sales consultant or JForce member and get side money.

Under this program, there are no educational qualifications attached to it. You need not be a master’s degree holder. You may be someone who has not attended school before, it does not matter. Whether you are literate or illiterate you can still do it.

The only qualifications are personal traits. If you have the ability to convince people and place orders for them and a little manipulation of your smartphone then you good to go.

So how do you become Jumia JForce agent?

In order to become a Jumia sales consultant, you will just sign up and that is it. Some people have Jumia customer account through which they place orders for themselves, family and friends.

It must be noted that if you have the normal Jumia customer account, you will not earn a commission even if you place orders for other people through your account unless you register as Jumia JForce agent.

If you already have a Jumia customer account, you can register with the same details for the consultancy program namely the name, email, and password. When done the two accounts will automatically synchronize as one. I mean your Jumia customer account which you already have and your JForce account which you signed up with, with the same details.

When you place orders through that account you will earn a commission. If you place orders through your Jumia customer account or JForce account, you will earn commission on orders placed either for yourself, friends or others because the two accounts have synchronized.

But if you do not have the normal Jumia customer account and but registered as a sales consultant, you do not have any problems. You shall earn commission on orders placed for yourself, friends, family, and others through that account.

If you have a Jumia customer account but signed up with different details for the JForce program, then you need to make orders through your JForce account in order to earn commissions.

If you place orders through your normal Jumia customer account, you will not earn commissions on orders placed. This is because the two accounts are separate, they are not synchronized.

How to sign up for Jumia sales consultancy program step by step

Step 1

Go to the website of Jumia of the country in which you are, say Jumia Ghana, Jumia Nigeria, Jumia Egypt Jumia Kenya or any other country you are where there is Jumia. As at the time this article is been written, Jumia is in the following countries:

Algeria
Cameroon
Egypt
Ivory Coast
Kenya
Morocco
Nigeria
Senegal
Tanzania
Tunisia
Uganda
Ghana
South Africa

for this demonstration, I will use Jumia Ghana because I am in Ghana.

so from the image below you can see that I am Jumia Ghana, this is just an example, so go to the Jumia website of the country in which you are okay!

Step 2

Go to the very bottom of the page and find "Become a Sales Consultant" under MAKE MONEY WITH JUMIA group and click on it, the screenshot below.

Step 3

After you click on the "Become a Sales Consultant" you will be sent to the JForce or the Sales Consultancy page. You will see a short youtube video channel, on the youtube video, click on "APPLY NOW"

Step4

Again, you will be sent to another JForce page, here, you can log in with your Jumia customer account that you already have through which you have been buying items from Jumia.

So if you choose the option of logging in with your Jumia account that you already have, it will automatically synchronize with the JForce account since they have the same details.

If you already have a Jumia account or not it is the same procedure. To the one who already has a Jumia account, he is logging in and to the one who does not have a Jumia account, he is creating an account, clear? so click on "START NOW!" The screenshot is as below.

Step 5

At this stage, after you click on "START NOW!" from stage 4, you will land on a page where you log in with your Email address and Password- that is to the one who already has a Jumia account. but if you do not have an account click or tap on "create account". It is as below! So after you provide your email address and password, click or tap on "create account".

Step 6

A page will appear saying that you are not part of JForce yet, in this page click or tap on "Join". As it is below.

Step 7
When tap or click on "Join" in Step 6 above, you will be taken to another page where the main registration begins. you will fill in your personal details here.

Okay, now that you have signed up for the sales consultant agent program what happens next? A link will be sent to you via email through the email address associated with your Jumia JForce account.

When you are done with providing your personal details, click or tap on next. it must be noted that when you do not provide all the information required when you click or tap on next, it would not work.

You will see a red color filling the spaces, meaning you must fill all the details. So make sure you fill all and then agree to the terms and conditions of the program by ticking the small box attached to it.

Just click or tap on next, congratulations! You are now a JForce member. You will be taken straight to the JForce App. You can now start selling by placing orders for yourself, family, friends and clients, you shall earn commissions on the sales made.

A link would be sent to you via the email address associated with your account. What does this mean? This means that you are first recognized as a sales consultant of Jumia. With this link, you will download the Jumia JForce App on your phone. You may let a copy on your laptop computer or desktop or any other computer.

It must be noted that the JForce App as at the time I am writing this article is not available on Google's Play store. Study materials may also be included. These study materials contain information about the JForce program and how to place orders as an agent. You will find their contacts there too.
