Jumia Delivery Timelines In Lagos

Jumia Express

For Jumia Express Items, which is shipped to Lagos and its catchment areas, it takes 1 to 2 business working days for your product to reach you.

Standard Shipping

It takes 3 to 5 business days for your product to get to you if it is the standard shipping method.

Shipped From Overseas

For products shipped from overseas, that is if you do not choose Economy Shipping that is normally associated with products from overseas, it takes 11 to 18 business days for your product to get to you.

Economy Shipping

For Economy Shipping, it takes 30 to 50 business days for your order to be shipped to you. The delivery timeline is the longest because your products are delivered through postal offices rather than Jumia.

For the Jumia Express delivery method for these cities, it takes 2 to 3 business days for your products to be shipped to you.

Standard Shipping

It takes 4 to 6 business days for your product to get to you if it is the standard shipping method. Remember, weekends are not included.

Shipped From Overseas

For products shipped from overseas, it takes 12 to 19 business days for your product to get to you.

Economy Shipping

For Economy Shipping, it takes 30 to 50 business days for your order to be shipped to you. The delivery timeline is the longest because your products are delivered through postal offices rather than Jumia.

Jumia Express delivery method for these cities takes 4 to 6 business days for your products to be shipped to you.

It takes 5 to 9 business days for your product to get to you if it is the standard shipping method.

For products shipped from overseas, that is if you do not choose Economy Shipping that is normally associated with products from overseas, it takes 13 to 21 business days for your product to get to you.

Economy Shipping

Economy Shipping, it takes 30 to 50 business days for your order to be shipped to you. The delivery timeline is the longest because your products are delivered through postal offices rather than Jumia.

The following locations are categorized as “Other Cities” and as such, have longer delivery timelines: Badagry, Epe, Igando, Ijanikin, Iyana Iba, Iyana Ishashi, Ojokoro, Okokomaiko, Seme, Topo, Sheda, Kuje, Kwali, Gidan Mangoro, Idu, Karmo, Karshi, Gwagwa, Abaji, Abuja-Kuje, Abuja-Kwali, Sango Otta, Otta Town, Agbara Industrial Estate, Itele, Alagbado, Itele (Ota), Itele (Ijebu)

The timelines quoted are business days - Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen:

Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes the first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30pm) after which the item will be cancelled.

Pick Up Station: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from Jumia pickup station.
